What is Krav Maga

Krav Maga is a practical and tactical self-defence system developed for the Israeli military and later adapted for civilian use.

Developed in the mid-20th century by Hungarian-Israeli martial artist Imi Lichtenfeld, Krav Maga was designed to be effective in real-world combat situations, focusing on self-defence and survival skills.  Krav Maga incorporates techniques from various martial arts such as boxing, Muay Thai, judo, jiu-jitsu, and wrestling. It emphasizes instinctive movements and practical techniques that can be quickly learned and applied.
